Resumes: review and refining resumes and cover letters
Consulting interviews: preparation and practice sessions
First year: advice and guidance on navigating the first year as a consultant
Exit plan: advice and guidance on shifting away from a consulting job or career
Executive Coaching
4-8 sessions
Based on our introduction session and assessment of your needs, we will develop a tailored program covering topics and themes such as:
Personal growth: identifying limiting beliefs, improving resilience, setting and achieving personal goals
Teamwork and Leadership: improve communication and feedback skills, decision making, leading teams
Career transition: navigating career changes, promotions, changing industries or sectors

If after completing a cycle of more focused sessions you would like to continue on a more ad-hoc and ongoing basis, we can discuss different options such as monthly check ins or other types of ongoing support
